These eye drops are recommended for long term use three times daily in each eye. You will also need to use an eye ointment/ eye gel at night.
They work well but having to use them so often is tedious.

I suffer with dry eyes. These drops are easy to apply and help a lot. I like that they last for 6 months rather than 28 days after opening.
