Unbelievable battery power, I am always checking something on this watch so it’s being used regularly and not just on my wrist for attention. The battery runs for maybe just short of 3 weeks and that’s with the watch on my wrist 24/7 ony been taken off for showering.
Once the app is downloaded and you have a blue tooth connection this will connect very easily if you have a smart phone.
Packed full of data, amazing rrp, very accurate blood oxygen and bp measurements as i did and frequently check the sesnitivity of the sensors and they were very accurate.
Great large screen with multiple screen/ back ground savers available, looks much nicer on than in the pictures as in the baby pink colour is more pronounced than its shown in the photo’s.
Does the same job as more expensive models, absolute bargain.

The item arrived in a simple retail box.
I like the colour (pink) and the shape of the watch. It has a lot of features: (1), steps (2) distance (3) calories burned (4) heart rate (5) blood pressure (6) blood oxygen (7) training (8) message etc.
It is easy to set and pair with my phone. I use this for home work out or as a pedometer when I do my daily walks.
The watch has a big screen (1.8 inches) and is 100% touch screen which is great!
It costs £39.99 at the time of this review which is quite reasonable with the features included. Great alternative to expensive smart watches.

The HOAIYO Smart Watch, in addition to giving the current time and date, provides Heart rate monitoring, blood oxygen monitoring, fertility and female cycle monitoring sleep monitor and sedentary monitor, activity & step meter in addition to over 100 specified Sport Modes. There’s a whole bunch more; weather reports, txt & call notifications, music control (a personal favourite of mine) etc, and so much more I can’t enumerate- so fortunately a comprehensive manual is provided.
What I particularly like about this smartwatch is the large, bright 1.8″ 390x320p screen and the easy readability it affords. I also like that it has an effective and reliable accelerometer that illuminates the screen whenever I cock my wrist to read it, thus doing away with the tedious necessity of having to push a button whenever I wanted to check the time. It’s waterproof up to 50m, but be warned that it doesn’t care for hot water.
I would have liked to have had a set of alternative faces already onboard rather than having to download them, but that’s really rather a minor gripe. A bigger negative is that it may be notified of calls and texts, but it can’t respond.
Still, I think that it’s a pretty good watch for the price; it looks good, easy to read and holds a charge well – I can get at least a week of use before it requires recharging.

I am glad to receive this product because as my first smart watch I found it to be nice designed with a all black style and a big screen of 1.8 inch.Working features that I tested and worked well are pedometer,pulse and blood oxygen tracking,alarm,notifications,l and messages but only on receiving without the possibility to reply,timer,choosing your own desktop and the battery that holds me for 1 week.It doesn’t have wireless charging so you can charge it just with the cable from the box.As cons i don’t like that my hand get sweaty and dirty around the watch belt.

If we look as this watch as a fit bit rather than smart watch I would give it 5 stars. All the functions for exercise and step count work perfectly, the battery dies after 10 days so it’s simply amazing. If I have to look at this watch as a smart watch, I would give it 3 stars. Yes, it notifies you when you get an email or a text but you can’t send back a message, you also can’t pick up or even see incoming calls.

My first reaction on receiving this ‘HOAIYO smart watch’ was a 5-star WOW! However the more I spent time assessing its huge range of features the more I realized the limitations. As a timepiece it is brilliant and in addition to time and date it can be alarm clock, stop watch and timer, and the 1¾ inches HD screen can be customised. Possibly a 5-star watch?
As a sports and fitness monitor the watch can track daily activities as step count, distance, calories used etc. to give a summary of health with incorporation of tracking heart and blood at night to determine sleep quality. Publicity blurb claims that with Bluetooth and apps there can operate for 100+ different sports modes going way beyond the usual cycling, running, swimming etc – and the device is waterproof. As an activity fitness tracker this may deserve a 5-star rating – but for me some of the watch’s more esoteric features are gimmicky – such as its sedentary reminder to let me know it’s time to get up and move around!
As a camera its function is adequate and with an app it extends to allowing photographs to be transferred from mobile phone – I’ve not succeeded with this and I have doubts about it as a communication device and this is where the HOAIYO falls short. It vibrates with calls and text messages and operates with Whats App, Facebook, Twitter etc. but it can receive only and cannot reply. This last assessment suggests average 3-stars at best.
Publicity blurb describes the communications performance as ‘the ultimate in convenience’ but again to me this is a gimmick. Even so the ‘HOAIYO smart watch’ has a high WOW factor and overall it deserves at least a 4-star rating.
