Amoebaiasis is a gastrointestinal infection caused by a number of Entamoeba spp. and Entamoeba histolytica is the main species to cause the pathological symptoms of this disease. it is widely spread causing mortality across the world through diarrhea .The study was determined the prevalence of Entamoeba histolytica ,Entamoeba dispar,and Entamoeba moshkovskii by three methods of diagnosis (microscopic examination,cultivation and PCR) .
