I like using these in my home gym when exercising they immediately help your breathing and it feels like it’s easier to get more air in. They don’t look good, these are skin coloured but believe me you’ll get funny looks in public! They’re super easy to attach and you’ll get the desired effect immediately. They did start to lift right at the edges but the part that matters remains stuck and your breathing is still aided. I find these good value, you’re getting a lot of them for your money.

As someone who has always struggled with blocked sinus, especially during the winter nights, I was interested to see if and how well the HILOI Nasal Strips would work.
Fitting the strips was a bit difficult as I have a fairly small nose and the strips are quite large. They stuck ok for the most part but I can see why some people would have real trouble. Once on the strips were secure enough, though I did have some come off over night.
Overall airways did feel more open and I believe they did improve things for me, though they may be a bit over the money.

I will say I had instant relief after applying this before bed. Opened up my airway in my nose to help me sleep better. My partner said it helped him too. Only thing is it did come off in the night so not very very sticky but I only wiped my face clean so that could be why so I still highly recommend these.

These are very good and work well but you can buy them much cheaper in a local chemist. It’s worth noting that these are very big in comparison to ones available on the high street. For my son they were perfect but for someone with a small nose they would be too big.

I was so very sceptical about this, I could not understand how it could possibly open the nostrils, so as soon as it arrived I had to try it. I cleaned my nose, and stuck one on as recommended. I was surprisingly shocked at how it opened my nose up and how much better I could breath. The sticky is sticky. But you do need cleaned skin with no moisturiser on.
Hubs suffers from loud snoring, and has spent his life complaining his nostrils are closed, so when he tried it he was really shocked because for the first time ever he said he could breath through his nose.
To remove you can try and prise it off or just wash your face with water and it comes off.

Forgive my cheek, but these items are (for me) always associated with the aforementioned Premier League footballer Robbie Fowler.
He was a regular wearer and I tried these many many years ago. Not to enhance my fitness levels, it’s too late to do that. But to reduce my snoring and help keep my nasal passages open at night.
I have to say they were then, and are now, a raging success for stopping snoring. I’ve marked them down a star as having quite oily skin myself they require a bit of a fiddle and a pre bedtime face wash to make sure that they stay on my nose throughout the night. They get a thumbs up from my wife for a peaceful night’s sleep and in conjunction with losing some weight (for me personally) they are about the cheapest way possible to reduce the snoring of the standard issue male.
If you want to use them for enhanced breathing and clearer nasal passages then clearly I am NOT the person to make that recommendation. But if good enough for a Premier League player to use then that’s good enough for me.

These are slightly different to any other snore strips I have tried in that they are broader and not as long as most others but seem just to work just as well. Adhesion is good and like all others I have tried it can make my nose feel itchy where it is applied.
As for their ability to reduce snoring it all depends why you snore, in my case I have a deviated septum so one nostril is mostly shut and these do open that nostril up so I find them a great help but your mileage may vary.

I can’t believe how good these work!
The nasal strips actually work amazingly!
Simply bend a little and then place on your nose, it completely opened up my airways.
My hubby tried one too and he was shocked, he couldn’t actually believe he can’t breathe that freshly, normally :’)
Absolutely, well and truly recommend!
