They do what they should and I like the flavour, it’s not like my favourite drink but I had other tablets which were gross.

I’m sure these do the job, but the flavour isn’t especially nice. I add some orange cordial to help mask the flavour. The Berry ones from SIS are nicer.

Nice taste, like the added vitamins. Would be better if it contained no artificial sweetners.

I have tried various brands in the past and these are ok, the price is very good compared to SIS powder which I usually buy, but that does last a lot longer. The taste is what I would say is an acquired taste. I don’t know how people drink this for pleasure or hot. The problem I personally found was when I run, which is why I purchased them, they have a slight fizz which makes you constantly burp while your running, not great! It might be a different story for other sports but I wouldn’t recommend them for running.
