Don’t know if the size varies, but I found it too small and gave it to someone else with a smaller head.
Quality seemed OK but just no good for me.
Suggest people with big head or beard etc go for a different one.

SECOND ONE I HAVE PURCHASED FOR A FRIEND, PERSONALISED AND HERO BRAND, AS THEY ARE A VERY GOOD FIT, CONSISTENTLY COMFORTABLE THROUGHOUT THE DAY AND THE WORDING IS SO INCREDIBLY HELPFUL – YOU CAN HAVE ANYTHING PERSONALISED ON THEM = YOUR BUSINESS NAME, SIMPLE “HELLO” OR “CAN I HELP YOU?” WORKING WITH THE LEARNING DISABLED IT IS HARD TO EXPRESS YOUR NAME CLEARLY THROUGH A MASK SO A SHORT, CONCISE, CLEARLY LEGIBLE WORD OR NICKNAME WRITTEN ON YOUR (FACE) MASK IS FANTASTIC. These are lovely masks, made with 3 layers so an additional filter is not actually required, so it’s not an issue for me that there isn’t space for one but others may still prefer this to be an option. Note – be careful not to throw away the little packet of adjusters with the packaging! These are easy to fit with the little pin tool that comes with them (simple instructions are in the product description online) and means you can adjust what is initially a very large/loose feeling mask to suit your own size and comfort and fits perfectly. I have purchased several of these in various designs and love them. Stock up (on these or any kind of mask) and don’t leave the house without one. We’ll be needing them for a long ol’ while yet.

Also washed well. Quite generous size for me ( female 5’5 and about 8st.) Has little clips that can be used to adjust elastic for good fit. Easier to breathe through than some synthetic fabric masks I bought last time.

This mask fits well, expands well vertically, has comfortable ear loops and is made of a soft material that has an attractive colour and design. It does still cause steam up on glasses but what masks don’t, however that does not detract from making it my second favourite mask of all time. Unfortunately my favourite mask I lost so I guess this is now my favourite!

Must say in their pictures, the mask looks great but very disappointing when it arrived.
Colour: I ordered a pink one, end up I have a black one, as the pink colour was dominated by the black layer underneath
Size: I laughed a lot when I received it. It’s huge. And found out there are hilarious pictures and comments about the size. For some reasons I didn’t check comments before ordering, and now, it belongs to my husband as it only fits his face =))))))
Layers: Where does the 3rd layer hide in?
One interesting thing: For another unknown reason, the buttons for tightening the mask were kept in a small bag with a tiny tool, rather on the mask already like other reusable masks. We needed a while to figure out what they are for, and now we know it. If you can read this comment, please include some notes about how to use those buttons or what they are for, thanks.

I bought a 4 pack of these as other reviewers mentioned that were good for large faces, but in recieving them I found them to be poorly made – which I was not expecting from a London made product.
One had a tag, but none of the others did, the length of the elastic ear loop and where the ear loop attaches also varies a lot, making some not fit as well and some too tight to wear comfortably. One had the pleats sewn differently from all the others.
Also, despite being advertised as 3 layers, I can only feel two layers of fabric – if the folds are supposed to qualify as an additional layer, then this is not true as on a larger face you have to unfold these for proper coverage.
On the ones that are correctly sewn, the fit and size is good for someone with a larger face. The fabric is also reasonable in terms of softness, more like cotton bed sheet soft rather than t-shirt cotton soft.
Update: I contacted the seller and they responded very quickly (even though it was Christmas Eve) and they are sending two replacement masks out for the ones with manufacturing errors. I’ve updated the star rating to reflect the good customer service.
