It was very helpful to help alimanate foods from your diet that give you unwanted side affects .

I waited maybe a week for results but I’m so pleased. The results are soooo thorough and really detailed. I’m going to order more tests for the rest of my family.

I ordered the test kit on a Monday, it was delivered on Tuesday, posted it back off on Wednesday, and had the results come through on the Friday. Overall, it was a really smooth experience in terms of doing the test and getting the results.
My only negative in doing the actual test would be that in the test kit there is a form to fill in your details for receiving your results back, however, the areas to write your answers are very small, and sometimes wasn’t enough space to write everything neatly (especially if you have a long email address) – so making a bigger version form with more space to write your details would make it a lot easier to fill in.

As far as the test results go, this is where it gets really interesting and they provide lots of detail as to your intolerances, what can cause it and what food types etc.
I do 100% believe that the results are real. I usually eat Porridge for breakfast at work around 3-4 times a week and find by lunchtime on these days, I’m very bloated, with my stomach making all sounds of groans and growls. My results showed that I had 4 major intolerances, one of which was “Oats inc Porridge”. And now it makes so much sense why I would get bloated so much, being as I’ve been eating something that my body is intolerant to. I honestly never would have thought that Oats would be a trigger for me, with it being such a simple food type, in all honesty, I thought it was the milk and so had tried different milk types such as coconut milk and oat milk, but this didn’t help either – so I am really glad to have found out it was the Oats all along.

The price for the couple’s kit is really well worth it and is a bargain compared to elsewhere.

I have IBS and wanted to know what my food triggers are as I had limited my diet but was still having the worst flare ups. After reading mixed reviews I saw some people with IBS say it was a good purchase. Don’t bother. The testing is very limited and doesn’t tell you what you CAN have. I have no idea what they tested my sample against so I would highly recommend going somewhere else like I did (Checkmybodyhealth). Turns out I’m dairy and wheat intolerant which wasn’t evident in this test.

I don’t know how valid and believable these tests are… can the results truly be trusted? However… although I was sceptical… I bought a test kit, and the results were shocking. I had been taking for over 2 years, many supplements, including vitamin K and methyl vitamin B complex capsules… good trusted brands for both. The last thing I expected was to be told that I was deficient in vitamins K, B1 and B2, amongst many others. Then I looked more closely at what the symptoms are for these deficiencies and what could explain poor absorption. I had the symptoms for all the deficiencies listed… and when you analysed the data, some of the deficiencies were explained through other deficiencies. I started taking a different well absorbed B1 supplement almost immediately and felt the difference within a week… I started taking silica… and felt the difference after a month… so you tell me? Is this a good test or not and can the results be trusted? For me at least, it seems to be what it says it is… and it is already helping me to solve many problems. However, I have to agree with other customers… the results are not received within 7 days… and the bag they provide for your hair samples is pitiful… I replaced mine with a food grade zip locked sandwich bag… and they are slow to reply to emails. Customer service isn’t great at all. I would still buy the product again though, seeing as it has worked for me, and the pros outweigh the cons in my case… I intend to buy another test in a few months time… to see if my results have improved…
I bought the advanced 704 items test… that may be relevant too?

Very impressed with this kit. It was super easy to use, (just took a hair sample, placed in the envelope provided) and my results came far faster than expected (4 working days from posting).

I was not expecting this report to be so through. I am very impressed by the spectrum of tests and info provided, there is info on the tests, how to interpret the report, food items, non food items, hormonal tests, metal intolerances and a vitamin/minerals deficiency panel.

Whilst the report states these are reported sensitivities rather than direct allergies, I am really confident the results are accurate, due to me suffering with a severe allergy to wasp stings and this coming back as a 100%

Following this report I am going for a medical allergy test due to the number of items I eat every day that I have sensitivity too.

The report is ended by information on each tests and what to do/eat and or avoid to treat or eliminate every substance for which you have a high chance to react!

My One only one criticism is that there report does include items to improve certain levels of vitamins etc, but sadly includes items that I’m deemed as sensitive too earlier in the report, and that makes it a little more confusing to apply the results. A simple asterix next to items I shouldn’t consume could make all the difference.

Over all I really am impressed with this kit and for the price, I couldn’t recommend it enough.
