(Full Review)
Vitamin B6, also known as Pyridoxine, is a water-soluble vitamin that your body needs for several functions.
It’s significant to protein, fat and carbohydrate metabolism and the creation of red blood cells and neurotransmitters.
Your body cannot produce Vitamin B6, so you must obtain it from foods or supplements.
Most people get enough Vitamin B6 through their diet alone so don’t benefit from supplements. In fact taking too much can damage your body causing Neuropathy (nerve damage, pain and numbness like permanent pins&needles in the hands and feet). So it’s really important to limit your intake.
This is why having 10mg tablets is so useful because you can control the amount you take in daily. Best results when taken with a glass of water in the Morning.
Worth noting that the recommended daily amount (RDA) from food alone for a healthy person is less than 2mg and eating vitamin-B6-rich foods like turkey, chickpeas, tuna, salmon, potatoes and bananas will easily provide this amount.
Benefits:
• Essential for the nervous and
Immune systems to function properly
• Reduces the risk of Heart Disease

(though not proven)

Women & Men!
So while Vitamin B6 is very important in many ways, please be aware not to take too much and not over a long period of time. If concerned at all then do speak to your Doctor or Healthcare Professional before starting this or any Supplement for their Medical Opinion.

Excelent to aid absoprtion and production of neurotransmitters when taking aminoacids (particularly 5-HTP and L-Tyrosine in my case). The fact that it’s available at this low dose is a huge plus for me since I take L-Tyrosine several times a day and too much Vitamin B6 can cause some trouble. Will keep buying HealthAid Vitamin B6 10mg, even if it comes from the United States (I’m from EU), since it is irreplaceable at this low doses. I actualy which they’d sell 5mg pills, since that’s more than enough to boost any aminoacid production of a neurotransmitter.

With unbearable sickness for the first 16 weeks my partner took these to try and help stem the sickness and nausea. She said they did help a little along with her other meds.
