I don’t know how other people are using it. But I’m mixing the liquorice with my moisturiser before I apply it on my skin.
I have been using it for a week now or maybe less. I can’t describe how wonderful my skin feels! I wish I knew this product earlier when I was going through my hormonal acne battle.

The licorice root extract I purchased in the US comes really dark and concentrated. This looks diluted like muddy water. It contains water and ethanol. Not ideal for me to mix with my sunscreens. I don’t drink anything from Amazon so idk what to do with it. I will try to heat it up to maybe evaporate some of the ethanol and water? I wish there’s a concentrated version of this on Amazon UK

I don’t eat it so I don’t know what what it tastes like. I use it on my skin after moisturiser. It’s helpful with skin hyperpigmentation. Best thing I’ve tried so far in my 20 year struggle with hyperpigmentation

A natural way to treat indigestion. 5 drops under the tongue and the taste isn’t unpleasant. Much more agreeable than the liquorice powder.
