I like the overall tool but shame I had to return it as the heart shape Gua Sha tool isn’t the way it’s supposed to be. Both ends of the heart shape are symmetrical instead of asymmetrical.

ive been using this for about 3 months and jt worked pretty well before it sadly broke when it fell on the floor. honestly i feel like you would need to lose some face fat while using it to notice a real difference but i think i have noticed a slight difference in my jawline etc.
