Don’t normally leave reviews but taking the time out to leave one for these tablets. I bought them in desperation for my joint aches (mostly shoulder and wrists) but wasn’t expecting them to actually work. They do! And only after a few days of taking them. I know, right?! Can’t quite believe it myself. My pains have gone and my joints feel stronger. I can now throw the ball for my dog with more power, I can continue painting my house without my shoulder being in agony and I can play netball without my joints hurting. I’m not that old, 41, but felt like an old lady. Now I feel strong again. Sorry for long review! 😃

I found the tablets big but easy to swallow. As for the effectiveness well that is harder to judge

I started taking these as I was suffering from tendon pains in the gym, although they didnt completely take away the pain (only a month in) they definitely felt as though they was helping, also good for other joints so good to take as a health benefit.
Take 2 a day, I usually take them both together otherwise id forget and they are quite large so some people will struggle swallowing one never mind two.
Cheap as well compared to others sold and these have added ingredients and vitamins for another bonus. Never heard of these guys before but would look into buying more from them if needed.
Also another thing to note, the Tumeric overpowers the smell and taste so if thats not your thing then these aren’t for you, its not the full taste of tumeric but the flavour is there. Some people cant stand certain flavours so that may be off putting.

It is not for pain relief and no flavour. It is easy to take. Will meed more time to see effects.

It has taken a couple of weeks to feel the benefit, but joints are easier in general. I like the fact you can break the capsules open and sprinkle the powder onto food – it tastes tangy but if you have trouble swallowing capsules this is a great way to take them. All in all a good product and is better than the glucosamine and chondroitin only that I was taking

Amazing stuff! Always had pain in my knees in my knees when I was running. Started these and the pain has eased after a week on the tablets. Highly recommend these.
