i bought this because the cheaper brands seem to worsen my knee osteoarthritis , so why not see if a more expensive one works better . But again it didnt i give five star because its definitely top quality and will work for some.

I had been suffering from increasing knee discomfort to the point where I had developed a slight limp. I started taking glucosamine & chondroitin and omega-3 oil and after about 3 or 4 weeks my discomfort had completely gone. No idea whether this was due to the glucosamine or the oil or both, but I will be continuing taking them for sure.
