😍❤️ TAKE BEFORE BED ( I take 2 before bed) your body needs good blood health to heal and the best time to do this is during sleep!
( Some supplements are stimulants and keep you awake so definately only take things like trace minerals before bed, again, don’t take anything that’ll wake your brain up or you obviously won’t sleep : P

Suffer from osteoarthritis in my lower back. Needed to get in the gym to loosen up. Was having issues with severe pain afterwards. These appear to be easing my problems. I am not a medic but this is the only thing I have changed so I assume they work.

I take these in combination with a couple other suppliments, I did notice I sleep better since I’ve started taking these but that might be something else so not sure, either way they’re easy to swallow and the quantity is quite nice

i like how small they are. i used a different brand beforehand, but these taste so strong of iron/blood taste. i really hate this as my previous ones had no taste at all.
i will continue to use these but just a warning for anyone who doesn’t like a strong taste.
