I was looking to dip a toe into nootropics just to see if it would actually have any effect. I have recently been struggling to concentrate as work with a lot going on, as we all have, big things, small things and everything in-between. I don’t really know if this the effect is a placebo effect but I really do feel different after taking these. Concentration is up, time seems to go quicker and I don’t believe I have been typing Amazon reviews for an hour when I should be working (it def effect elongates my working time concentration also). The other effect is that where I may have in the past been stumbling over words when talking in meetings I feel a little sharper, “umming” and “errrrring” less.
they are Vegan, non-GMO – and gluten free, which is important for some so that’s good. I also prefer my caffeine in espresso based form, so glad to have found this is caffeine free.
the packaging is reasonable in terms of size and build and is recyclable
It has had no detrimental effect for me and at worst it has a bunch of vitamins and extracts that are reportedly beneficial for the body.

For the first three days I noticed I was retaining information easier. I also noticed that I was waking up earlier too. Perhaps because my brain was resting easier.
A week into taking them I stopped noticing effects.
Two weeks into taking them, I have had to stop because I have had brain fog more than I ever had before. This could be because of other reasons such as stress. But three days after not taking them, I can think clearer. This could just be placebo effect but I believe that my brain was slow because it was absorbing all the nutrients which was making it tired.
Good product but not for everyone. Also I was told this was a UK version of Alpha Brain. But it is missing a lot of important ingredients from alpha brain.

At first I felt the difference mentally but not sure why but after around 10 days I started to feel really sleepy during the day and wasnt feeling fresh first thing in the morning either.. it was like at times during the day I had no energy and was feeling latgergic. I guess everyone has different effects from it.. however the biggest positive effect was the increase in libido that was 10 out of 10.

Have been taking these for around 3 weeks now. I only take them on my work days for an extra boost. Initially I could feel the difference when taking them however now I’m unsure perhaps I’ve gotten used to them. I’m unsure if it’s a placebo however I do feel more productive and calmer when taking them it’s just not as amplified now as it was when I first started on them.

I live with ME/CFS suffer with Brain fog almost daily over 25years of being diagnosed I’ve tried a great many
concoctions & snake oils. I do recommend this product it works quickly & last for hours, I have notice it stimulated my appetite too & having ME that’s always a bonus i did sleep exceptionally well very deeply which is a rarity in my world.
