I have suffered with IBS for many years i have tried several different things from the doctors nothing has worked, thought I would try these wow what a difference my jeans actually fit me again I feel lighter I was going to the loo around every 4 days sometimes a week and now its every day since I started these, I did stop them for 3 days and I was back to not going and bloating I was taking 3 in the morning every day for 3 weeks I take 3 every other day now and this seems to work very well

Gave this product a go and I really like it. Very easy to swallow and I felt the effect within 30 mins. I feel so much lighter and less bloated. Goes well with a healthy diet. I’ll be buying again, highly recommended!

Since I’ve started using them I experience pains in my lower belly, so after a week I’m going to stop as the sensation is a bit concerning now.
Obviously some ingredients of this products aren’t for me.
