Had these for years they really help both chilled or warmed in a microwave for pain and swelling also headaches.

Almost 3 years in and these are still going strong. Only used them cold, but have been perfect! I keep them in the freezer and always have a cold pack ready for a sprain or just a hot day. Very much recommend.

When frozen, these are quite hard, I have had others that stay softer, and easier to mild to joint.
Hot I usually only keep them on for 20 minutes, so not sure how long they would stay hot, but for me they are great

I have not needed to use them heated up yet but great ice pack

Work as you would expect

These get VERY cold when put in the freezer so be careful not to get frost bite. Best to use a cloth in-between you and the cold.

Too stiff to bend after being in the freezer. Not tried them hot.

These are fantastic. Easy to use as a hot or cold compress. I keep some in the fridge, freezer or put in the microwave to heat up briefly. Highly recommend.
