These work the best way for me. Which is to say, I wouldn’t necessarily concur that they provide ‘overnight relief’, maybe taking a couple of days to be effective. But they don’t cause cramps or diarrhoea, so long as you don’t panic and over-use them. Everybody is different and obviously, people should ask the advice of a doctor or pharmacist, especially if they need laxatives a lot. That said, I would recommend these.
