I had been feeling bloated and fat for weeks and I’d been on antibiotics which didn’t help at all. After a few days taking this I feel so much better. It’s actually dangerous to leave waste sitting in your guts so I’m relived things are ‘moving’ again, so to speak!
It says to take two sachets a day but I think one is enough. The taste reminds me of orange Sunny D and is quite pleasant, a bit grainy maybe. Unlike other treatments this didn’t cause any cramps or pain. Highly recommend.
