I suffer with recurring bouts if diarrhoea and this definitely helps, it’s not just for constipation and the taste is fine too.

Pleasant taste drink immediately after mixing. It didn’t work for me just gave me the burps.

Everything is fine with this fiber. Although, I would prefer Mukofalk to this product, but it’s impossible to buy in the UK. The delivery was okay, but they dented the package which is not really good.
