These arrived quite quickly which was great. I thought,chews, great,these will be good. They are quite thick for the size,but….They are like biting on a rock !!. If you have a good strong jaw and very good teeth then you should be ok. Great fresh flavour but I think that they should change the wording on the pack.

There to big to swallow and to hard to chew they should be softer like a chewy mint there no fun when u not got many teeth to bite something this hard

These are easy to chew don’t be put off by size, they break down easily and are quite pleasant to take. Only downside after a couple of days is wind.

These are a great alternative to the sachets if you are out. However, you need 3 chews to one sachet! So that’s the equivalent of 10 sachets-which isn’t much, & quite expensive in my opinion. They taste nice, & are fairly easy to crunch/chew. However, they are quite big & you certainly wouldn’t be able to swallow them ( they are chews, not tablets) . I wouldn’t say they’re chews as such personally, as you do have to crunch into them.

‘Far, far nicer taste than the sachets, plus you avoid the slimy taste/texture that goes with them.
The downside is that you do sacrifice some of the fibre content, personally I think it’s a small price to pay and would recommend these over the sachets every time.

You really don’t get your moneys worth. I purchased a pack thinking Id have to take two or three max but the recommended dose is 6 tablets a day. Considering you only get 30 for £10, you’d need to pay a heck of a lot over time.
I recommend their other product, Fybogel Sachets which are also sold on Amazon, it does the same job but at a fraction of the price all things considered.

These are easy to swallow as you can chew them. Flavour is very good, no chalkiness but they last no time at all so work out a lot more expensive than buying the fibogel sachets.
