I’ve been diagnosed with anemia and these seem to be the best to take according to my GP I’ve only been taking them for a short period of time so far so good come back in a months time I will be able to give you a more constructive answer

I can’t say for sure that I can feel any health benefits from these tablets as of yet. They were bought on a promo so for the price it’s very good value for money and I can’t fault the company or customer service. Very impressive for an up and coming vitamins company. People are in need of some extra protection with this ruddy covid, so boost up your immune system, I did and breezed through a bought of covid19 some months back. If I hadn’t been taking Vitamin C, E, and Zinc along with a multivit I may not have made such a speedy recovery, all bought from Nutravita.

I sent away for the folic acid along with omega 3 tablets and if I’m being honest I really wasn’t expecting these 2 vitamins work in a way that they did . I read an article regarding these 2 vitamins my husband and I said ok we have nothing to loose let’s give these vitamins a try . We were both constantly tired we both have very demanding manual jobs and I felt like I was constantly sleeping my life away . My husband are absolutely amazed at the results and the affect these 2 vitamins have had on us we have a lot more energy I’m not sleeping in the afternoons anymore my husband says that he has a lot more energy as well. I’ve waited a while a wee while before I wrote this review as I wanted to give an honest and accurate review on our experience regarding the vitamins.

I’ve been taking folic acid amongst all the other B vitamins for many years, and only recently discovered how bad folic acid is for me.
Do some research and buy natural Folate instead…
