I’ve been taking these supplements for 3 months along with Vitamin D and it’s made a noticeable difference. I had a medical test that revealed I had a deficiency in these areas and these supplements have really reduced my tiredness. I have already ordered more and will continue to do so. I no longer have the horrible groggy feeling when I wake up (essential with a toddler!) I would recommend.

I had some issue with being quite tired recently. So I decided to give a try to this iron supplement. It didn’t change much after a few weeks of regular use. Now I’m not sure it’s the fault of the product; it could be that I didn’t have an iron deficiency. Yet, this product is sold as a miracle against being tired and this should be taken with a pinch of salt!

Not sure if it’s helping yet because it’s only been 2 weeks since taking them but definitely is easier on the stomach because I’ve not yet got constipation
