Has been a few weeks now of taking these tablets. Snacking has been less so have lost 3lb so far, but the biggest difference for me is the amount of energy I have after taking them. My mood gets lifted too and makes me want to do more physical activity. Although they look big, they are remarkably easy to swallow, with no taste. Looking forward to continuing my journey with the help from these supplements.

I have been using the Fat Destroyer Supplement (Fit Lab) for the past few weeks now and am definitely noticing that it’s helping my weight loss journey. I believe that this supplement would aid anyone who is following a healthy eating plan.
The reviews were good before I purchased the product and one thing in particular that drew me to this product is the fact that you take 2 tablets per day with a 200 ml glass of water, so I can easily remember to take them in the morning. I find that other supplements which require you to take them up to four times a day result in me just forgetting to take them.
They are very easy to swallow. I believe they do help my energy levels which can usually be very low due to hypothyroidism and hyperparathyroidism (both medically managed). I usually have zero metabolism and though I can’t say for definite, there does seem to be an improvement between the both.

Only on the first few days of taking these tablets so cannot review regarding weight loss as yet however I’ve noticed my hunger cravings have been a lot less and I’m not wanting to snack, already feeling better. Will update on progress in a few weeks. Great value and fast delivery

I did some research and read the reviews before trying the tablets as some seem to raise your heart rate and give you palpitations
I have lost four stone in just over a year but have only maintained for past three months and I was getting increasingly frustrated and couldn’t cut back anymore on my food as I was so hungry that I was snacking at the end of the day so it was a bit of a hopeless situation
I met with the Doctor who suggested that I could try XL tablets which are no longer available on the NHS, but when I read the reviews of those there were too many negative comments and are very expensive
I need to be careful what I take as I have high blood pressure which is medicated and so I can’t have anything with too much caffeine in it
I have taken one tablet in the morning and one in the evening now for just over a month, and they are really suiting me
I am going to the toilet more, as I assume it’s got a diuretic properties and it also helps to keep you regular!
I didn’t really notice anything for the first couple of weeks but I’ve decided not to increase the dose but I have now started to lose weight!
I have been going out doing Christmas things and eating more calories and still managed to do it. I am going to continue with these tablets and hope to see a faster weight loss when I’m back on a healthy eating plan in the New Year that I am regularly dropping a pound and it’s going in the right direction which is good for me 🙂

Honestly, in my first week of intake, I experienced different energy levels while doing the workout. I started with one serving initially in a day, and slowly increased to 2 (one in the morning and one in the evening). I must say, it is effective as my workout efficiency and stamina have increased.
It also helps me to manage my weight as in the last two weeks, I have reduced almost 1-2.5 kg. I am positive that I will be able to meet my target of losing ~10-12 kg in the next 2 months.

These capsules are a proving great pre cardio workout which is what I wanted. They really give a boost of energy to motivate me to go to the gym on those dark winter mornings. I’ve been going to the gym for the last 7 years and finding a supplement that works and aids weight loss isn’t easy as every brand does the same thing. However, Fit Lab is different.
