I have just received this product and I intend to start taking it tomorrow; I will update with a fuller review once it has time to work. I work nights, so rather than have energy drinks, I am using these and also to help reduce weight, prior to starting these I lost 4kg by just stopping alcohol in 1 month! (To be fair, the amount of beer I drank, have probably reduced my calorie intake by a lot). Now into my 2nd week taking the tabs and drinking 2 litres of water and one RTD HUEL each weekday, I have lost 1.5kg in just over a week. I don’t take them at the weekend and just eat normal meals. They will keep you awake, so if you are taking 2 don’t leave it that far apart from 2nd hit! They do make you feel more energetic, no stomach issues, but obviously with drinking so much water peeing a lot more than usual! First 2 days felt a bit tingly and my cheeks were bright red, but after day 3 have been fine. I now take 2 about an hour before I go to work and feel alert and focused, not hungry at all!

I ordered these after reading quite alot of the reviews to see what people.where really saying about the product and how it worked for them, so I took a chance and I wasn’t disappointed by the outcome. I take these as described on the bottle along with a relatively healthy diet and moderate every day exercise, and am very happy so far I feel a great load of energy am no longer fatigued mid day, and am feeling fuller for longer and not wanting to snack in-between meals. That’s just my thoughts on how this product is working for me.

Do I like it?
Yes, it contains a number of ingredients that contribute to weight loss. It doesn’t break the bank…or my stomach, like some of the other weight management pills have done in the past. It contributes to energy levels as well as your metabolism.
As many of these reviews will likely point out, this is not a miracle cure. You need to exercise and watch what you eat. And let’s be real, if you want to lose weight, stop drinking for a few months. You know it’s the truth.
Take these in the morning, do a workout, eat right, look after yourself, and when all of those elements are combined you could see some great results.

I bought the capsules to help reduce my appetite, which has increased greatly since quitting smoking.
I was wary of any potential side effects, as I have a busy job and don’t have time to spend hours in the loo. The reviews gave me hope that there wouldn’t be any nasty shocks and I liked that they were a family run business.
The capsules were delivered quickly and I’ve been taking them for about a week. So far, they seem to be doing the trick. My appetite is not so ravenous and I’ve not experienced any side effects. I’m happy to continue taking them and hope that in time, they’ll help me lose the bit of weight that I’ve gained.

I’ve only just purchased this product after lots of online research, so I’m still not sure whether it’s going to work for me but I’m very hopeful. It was delivered the very next day as promised with a QR code to download both a menu for a week but more interestingly for me as I’m not a lover of going to the gym, there were some suggested exercises that can be done to help with toning and general fitness. I bought these as part of a weight loss plan perhaps 1 month ago, I held off reviewing until I had chance to see real world results rather then just praising or slating a company after a few days.
What I have seen so far is that my appetite has so far been suppressed, and it is only my boredom that is making me eat.
I would often get hungry around 11am with breakfast being around 8am, where as after taking a pill for a few weeks, I have noticed that with breakfast at around 6:30 I am still pretty comfortable at 2pm when I take my next pill along with a huel shake or other protein substitute. this then keeps me full feeling until around 7pm when my last meal of the day is taken, the only reason I am eating still is because I am grazing and lazy, although it is considerably less then before.
Overall impressions of this pill so far are excellent if you stick to your routine, I have lost around 20lbs in a month with excise and supplements and such but really the amount I work and train it should be more like 40lbs but thats life, overall the product is worth it, and the customer service is top notch as well. i will be using again.
