I’ve been taking Omega 369 for a couple months and they miraculously helped my knee pain (of which I had for years). I read after that you didn’t really need the Omega 6 and 9, so bought these 3000mg Omega 3 ones.
AFTERTASTE and SMELL
The 369 ones I was taking had no aftertaste or odour. These omega 3000mg DEFINITELY have… It’s now made me revisit the positive reviews as I can’t believe anybody would genuinely claim otherwise. The fishy taste stayed with me the entire day, everyday day since using… pretty horrible. I even started to smell it constantly, possibly from my breath or thru pours… Definitely when burping.
DOSAGE MISLEADING
I knew up front you had to take THREE capsules for the full 3000 dose and not just the ONE as I had read the negative reviews first, but it didn’t bother me. The reason I’m now bringing it up as a negative, is twofold. As I mentioned I’m already suspicious of the glowing reviews boasting no aftertaste… I’m now suspicious of any mentioning you only need to take one tab for the full dosage along with those claims. Tho sadly a portion of those will be from buyers who wrongly think they’re getting value from taking ONE tab to receive 3000mg. Yes, the bottle says “one 3000mg serving is THREE tabs”, but the way they’re advertising the product clearly has been created to confuse or mislead.
Be very wary of the 5 star reviews and read them all carefully. Whether on purpose or not, some are misleading. These DO have a strong fishy smell… Definitely have a lingering odour… And definitely have a strong aftertaste. ONE softgel tab is only 1000mg. These will only last 40 days if you want the full 3000mg.

They are fine enough. Don’t repeat which is a blessing. It is hard to leave a review on a fish oil capsule as well you might know, so I’m focussing on price and content. For the price I feel it is quite expensive when compared to others that are available. Again, when compared to others you can find a bigger pot with a higher level of omega 3 that is less expensive.

They arrived fast, looking like advertised.
However, they were not sealed – which is quite a suspicious thing when it comes to any capsules bought online.
As to verifying whether they work or not it’s hard to do that with such stuff, so far I didn’t have any negative effects after using them for a month so they seem safe – but possibly they also may not work at all as the package was not sealed so you may never know what’s actually inside.
So if such things are important for you I would advise to buy some other product, otherwise this would be fine.

Apparently oily fish is good for you. I hate fish and refuse to eat it, so I take omega 3 supplements instead.
They’re easy to swallow and come in a nice bottle, which is good.
The nerd in me isn’t sure about the maths on this brand though.
The label says 3000 mgs of fish oil, providing 1650 mg Omega 3, 990 mg EPA and 660 mg of DHA.
Intuition told me this wasn’t quite right. Sure enough, the components of the fish oil (omega 3, EPA and DHA) sum to 3,300 mg. Bizarre. Somehow the whole is less than the sum of its parts.
Either Superself have invented TARDIS pills (in which case, bravo!), or there’s something not quite right with the label, or how I’m reading it.
I suspect the Omega 3 is a component of the fish oil and the EPA and DHA are separate components, so shouldn’t be considered part of the fish oil. But that’s not how it reads on the label.
