I was unsure of these but glad I did go for them. I’m a care worker doing 12 hour shifts, running a home and my own business.
I started off on one tablet to make sure I didn’t react to anything as they stated. The things I noticed, for me, was my stomach cramps and the feeling of being bloated went, also the feeling of being in a fog lifted.
I went onto two tablet, one with breakfast and second with lunch. I stopped having cravings for sweet items and food in general. I started to find the amount of food from my meals, I was eating, was getting less. I am drinking more water, juice but less coffee and tea.

Only used a couple of days so far taking one capsule, so can’t tell much different on my body. Haven’t checked the scales as I don’t want to be fixated on numbers. Will update in a couple weeks, however, I can already feel that my appetite is suppressed a lot more, which could be the caffeine at work!!
