I bought these to help my IBS but on 2 nd day had horrendous pain in stomach and bloating spent 3 days in pain and terrible diarrhoea became very dehydrated as couldn’t keep even water down and was admitted to hospital really ill ,was told never to take these ever again got inflammation right throughout my bowel was very weak for 8 weeks terrifying experience

Taken with food and lots of water these are absolutely brilliant for a lactose intolerant person.I have tried Imodium lactase and many other meds but these are the only effective ones.They are not antibiotics or a miracle cure for bowel infections or illness but they stop spasmodic bowl peristalsis to eliminate stomach cramps and diarrhoea!

I use these whenever I have trouble with bloating or a build up of excess gas – at times my stomach swells up, I actually look pregnant, and the pressure pain from the trapped gas is terrible – I tried these and they work for me. The dose I take is 3 tablets and within about 20mins my stomach flattens and the gas starts to go. I’m on my third box of these now and personally recommend them, having tried buscopan, omeprazole, pepto bismol to no effect.

This is fantastic, as a suffer of BAD bile acid diarrhoea, this has helped a grate deal! No cramps, or bloating the BAD is better managed. I’m so happy I am no my 3rd pack and so far result are good.
