Taken with food and lots of water these are absolutely brilliant for a lactose intolerant person.I have tried Imodium lactase and many other meds but these are the only effective ones.They are not antibiotics or a miracle cure for bowel infections or illness but they stop spasmodic bowl peristalsis to eliminate stomach cramps and diarrhoea!

These tablets have caused me how to have 3 days off work sick so far. Within hours of taking them I was violently sick, severe stomach craps, bloating and severe diarrhoea which I have never experienced before. I haven’t slept in two day due to the constant pain and bathroom visits. There was no information about side effects in the item description or information slip in the box. These should not be allowed to be sold. I feel like I deserve compensation and considering my next steps but it is still ongoing. I wanted to write the review ASAP to hopefully stop others buying them.

I have chrohns disease and ulcerative colitis since 1994 and this is the only thing that helps with stomach pain brillant on my 3rd pack

Took 1 dose and had a massive flare up, much worse that normal. I felt so unwell. Returned.

I use these whenever I have trouble with bloating or a build up of excess gas – at times my stomach swells up, I actually look pregnant, and the pressure pain from the trapped gas is terrible – I tried these and they work for me. The dose I take is 3 tablets and within about 20mins my stomach flattens and the gas starts to go. I’m on my third box of these now and personally recommend them, having tried buscopan, omeprazole, pepto bismol to no effect.
