I have been taking this product for years, and had at least three children on it. I have 5 children and always needed extra iron. Low iron is a family thing for me, both my parents have low iron. I tried lots of iron pills because most aren’t absorbed and cause constipation. This one is different. It doesn’t include vitamin C but I don’t live on the moon and a good diet is good for lots of reasons. All was fine until I turned towards a vegan diet last year – B12 is one of those things you have to be careful. Like iron, too much and it makes you poorly, too little and you can’t function. I found a liquid supplement, and take half a dose every day to supplement the supplement! It works. And if course I eat plenty of fruit and veg. Every so often, I wonder if I really need all these pills and potions so I reduce and then stop taking them for a few weeks – I try to improve my diet etc. I lasted 6 weeks once but didn’t feel positive, motivated, energised or good. I start taking them and bingo, three days and I know I need them, if it takes longer than three days, maybe something else is lacking in your diet – these vitamins and minerals need other vitamins and minerals to combine with and if you don’t notice any difference I would suggest you need to do some research. Vit D is also incredibly important, every part of your system has receptors looking for it and most people don’t have enough. It is formed on the skin but we wash too much or use sunscreen and block it. Working indoors, we just don’t get enough. Look out for the liquid type – so much easier for folks with swallowing problems, incidentally, the liquid version of this iron product is also very easy to take and you can alter the dose to suit.

I’m on my second box now. I take with injections of b12 everyday with these and folic acid. Originally bought for red blood cells yet contains b12 and folic acid.
Seen a slight change yet early days.
I’m no Gp yet I’d advise anyone who’s suffering with iron deficiency or lack of red blood cells or tiredness to give a go. It will not happen over night yet in time you’ll feel the change. X

My daughers low blood pressure and poor circulation appear to improve when she takes the vitabiotocs iron. I’ve tried cheaper alternatives but these do the trick for us. I even have them on repeat subscription lol as my memory is terrible and they’re very important!

I purchased these capsules because the reviews were amazing. I suffer with fatigue and I’m not Menopausal quite yet so I am unsure why I am tired all the time 🤷🏼♀️… it’s not a case of getting my bloods done either.
These are amazing and I felt the uplift straight away, I felt I could get on with my life finally. I then started having headaches because I take other vitamins which I’ve had to take a few days off them to find the culprit. I have also had to stop taking these ones due to Migraines. As soon as I stopped, the headaches and migraines did. So unfortunately I cannot keep taking them.
If you don’t suffer with them like me then give these a go, they truly are fabulous!!

I used the iron tablets when bleeding heavily and they seems to work. This is a great combination of iron, folic acid and vitamins.
The price is quite high. You only get 30 pills but it matched up with the quality.
