Been using this for awhile now, best for reducing muscle soreness and body fat! Taste great too, somedays I just sip on it all day! It is a bit pricey but it is worth it.

I previously had this brand of Bcaa in the peach lemonade (bcaa energy) and it was brilliant in taste and mixed well with the water and did exactly what it said on the label. I decided to try this lean bcaa in the flavour fruit punch and am disappointed compared to the previous purchase as the powder does not stay mixed with the water – after a few minutes their is a layer floating on the top and it is quite grainy to drink. I think I will go back to the energy variety once I have finished the tub. I’m just hoping I see results and feel better in the recovery stages of my workout scheme to make up for these small issues.

Great product. Would recommend. Tastes good and I do notice the difference in fat loss when drinking this. It’s a little pricy, in comparison to other supplements, but would buy again on the basis of the results. I know there’s not much proper scientific evidence on the products in it, but the results speak for themselves.

The taste is amazing! Only 2 things are that it’s quite sour and it also separates out a sour foam when mixed in a shaker, after being a few weeks old. Not sure why it suddenly turned?
