I have used the normal strength ones for many many years which are really good . I am now 50 going through menopause and have osteoarthritis in my ankle and I started to feel like I needed to up my intake so the triple strength sounded like they would be better . I didn’t notice much difference with just one a day so I have been taking 2 a day and can feel the difference, they seem to really help my with brain fog, anxiety (very calming) and I swear they also help with my osteoarthritis. Also being so easy to order on prime I never have a break which happens a lot when the shops do not have any stock or if you are not able to get to the shops

Worked for us! I have heard that these are excellent, but I found them impossible to swallow. What is the point of making them both spherical and rock-hard? Surely other people have also been put off for this reason?

No idea if they help but worth a try. Not particularly fishy tasting. Good price.
