I ordered the vanilla flavour and the taste is that bad I can’t finish it. I’ve tried putting it in milk instead of water and it is still gross.

I used it when recovering from covid. It’s very tasty but quite pricey. Runs out very quickly. An elderly relative with lack of appetite and not drinking water is now using it and he’s been so much better, brighter and stronger since.

I take this protein milk as I have a surgical wound. I found this protein milk is very effective in wound healing. I can see the progress after taking the milk for several days. This vanilla favour is plain and less sweet comparing to the chocolate favour.
Although effective, I found this protein milk is quite expensive. Since six big spoons of milk powder is needed to make a cup of drink and two cups of milk is recommended, a can of milk can only make about 8-10 cups of drink and can last for 4-5 days only. If you have big or deep wound, it will take more than a month to heal. So, at least six cans are needed to buy. Just after I bought this can of milk at 10 pounds, the price rise up to 12 pounds. So, it will cause quite a lots of money for taking this protein milk for wound healing.

Easy to use, disolves easily in water. Tastes great. However, this makes me hungry all of the time. Everytime i take it 2 times a day, i will be so hungry, so end up eating more than i normally would. Not seen any difference in weight gain yet. Will have to update you on that.

Got this when a relative was released from hospital after a very long stay a d weight loss of over 1 stone to add protein to her diet and encourage her to drink. It worked well in both case, she loved the flavour so ate the food it was added to and drank all her teas and coffees when without it she’d only drink a couple of mouthfuls or maximum half the cup. Highly recommended.

6 scoops a serving is not having it last very long especially if recommended to drink once or twice a day it’s a lot of money for the size it is
