The instructions were clear – including the bit about feeling dizzy after use!
There are more items than you’ll probably ever needs, but that does allow you to experiment until you find a clearing style that works best for you; or for multiple people to use it.
Now that the NHS no longer offers ear cleaning, this is a very useful piece of kit for large households of adults.

Used to pay between £50-£70. To get my ears done at the doctors. Always have problems with blocked ears. Bought this item with money back guarantee, so had nothing to loose. But its so simple to use and after a couple of uses I can hear again. Definitely recommend this ear product.

Found this so useful when I had a very blocked up lug hole! The pressure was building that much I expected my brain to pop out the other ear. I ordered this 4 days after using drops, straight into the bathroom and put it together. Into my ear and began squirting. After a couple of minutes…..pop!!! Looked like Nemo had been found finally. Pressure gone and ready to face hearing my fella moaning again.

Maybe this works for some but not me and I am not 100% sure it was sensible to try and self treat in this way. However, merchant lived up to returns policy which was helpful and maybe it works for others.

I can hear again, ears been blocked for a few days, just used the default attachment with warm water, not too cold or hot, and kept pumping the spray bottle until i could hear again.
Definitely recommend this if you have a blocked ear.
