- MOISTURISING INGREDIENTS – E45 Cream contains Medilan, which is a purified, hypoallergenic form of lanolin which has excellent moisturising properties that sooth, protect and care for your skin. This saved my life when I developed contact dermatitis from using Gel nails. My hands and nails were so bad but this helped keep them moist and prevented the endless cracking of my skin as I had lost the lipids. This stuff was brilliant would highly recommend.
