These did work but gave me a bit of a belly ache in the morning. This might not be the case for everyone though. They did the job.

…but it’s worth it. I had to get something to help me out after being on a long course of medication that caused a bit of a back-log. My stomach was cramping a lot, very sore and uncomfortable, so I got onto Google to find something and that’s what I found these little monsters.
I have to admit that I was slightly terrified after reading these reviews and did think twice about ordering them but I did it anyway. I left it to a Friday night to try them out, mostly because of all the reviews saying you need some time once it hits and thank the lord I did.
Friday around 10pm I took it and within two hours, I could feel a slight niggling in my stomach but off to bed I went. The cramps woke me up at 6am. It had arrived. It was sore. Over and over, fart after fart, the cramps kept coming. I had zero plans so I lay in my bed and went with it until it was time. It wasn’t pretty. Two sweaty smelly hours later it was time and the floodgates opened. My bathroom is about 10 steps away from my bed but when the feeling came across me, I thought I wouldn’t make it – thank god I was still in my boxers for easy access.
It started off pretty solid and I thought I had got off lightly even though the cramps were insane but once you start, it just keeps coming and coming. The solidness leaves and the liquid arrives. The smell is horrendous. The heat is horrendous. The pain is horrendous. I never knew you could have so much liquid in you! About 20mins of the best fun I’ve ever had, it was over and boy did I feel better. The pain goes, the hard stomach goes. I think the porcelain lining of my toilet even disappeared! They really do work.
Who knew such power could come from something so small. They definitely sort you out, but don’t make any plans for 12 hours after you take it and definitely don’t take it if you have work the next day.
Will 100% use again if I feel I have to. I’ll just know what to expect this time.

These certainly do the job. I’ve regularly suffered on the loo straining and pushing but with these no problems whatsoever. Be careful to take only one preferably when you are not going out as within 3-4 hrs they are working. I find late at night prior to bedtime then they have time to gently work in your bowel. Be quick to get to the loo though.

Easy to swallow and effective, purchased for my 15 year old son who consumed a little too much wheat. Uses mainly on Friday evenings as gets things moving within 12 hours so bear in mind during term time weeks and for travelling. Well recommended.
