Hi,
I started using these tablets due to some adverse side effects of medication that I am taking. They are effecting without being too aggressive. I have taken the liquid version , but I find this is better because the tablets are tasteless. The liquid has a vile sweet sugary taste, but these are a very painless experience.

I have IBS-C and sometimes need a bit of help moving things along. I can’t use normal laxatives as they’d trigger my IBS-D flare-ups (fun) and I find that these are ideal because they’re much more gentle, you can manage your dose better (rather than all or nothing), and your digestive system doesn’t rely on them after using them for few days/weeks. The only thing that compares is the fibre pouches you dissolve in water, but these are a lot easier and more pleasant to take.
I used these on and off for numerous months last year until I was able to cut them out completely by slowly increasing the amount of (healthy) food I was eating per day, which seemed to do the trick and prevent most of the issues I’d been having. I still have a pack in the cupboard that I go to in emergencies.

Packet must have been kept in a wet ordamp place as they were all shrivelled up when I had them.
