Easy to work into the day for relief that is gentle and predictable. I have never needed anything like this but was desperately ill with a stomach and bowel infection and gastritis and they were very gentle on my already angry system. A big help.

The price of these have gone up to a ridiculous price. Managed to get them on an amazon deal for bargain price. Thought due to low price that must be short dated but arrived with am expiry date of April 2024. So a year to use them. Pleased with that and they do the job intended in a gentle way. A gentle helping hand in times of need. Always useful product to have to hand. Happy with item and with price and expiry.

Fantastic. I started taking these the day after major abdominal surgery, where I’d had morphine for 12 hours. I was able to go to the toilet on day 4 (so three days of taking them, three times a day), completely painlessly. I am currently day 7 after surgery and taking one tablet morning and night and it means I can go each day, with no pain (holding my abdominal cut with a rolled up towel) and no stomach cramps. I’d recommend these to anyone who has had surgery and/or constipation inducing medication.
