This product is brilliant. I’ve suffered with my sinuses for five years now and tried various ‘nets’ I only brought this a couple of weeks ago and it’s completely changed my symptoms for the better. I can actually breathe again and don’t feel like there’s blockages or like my nose lining is inflamed inhibiting my breathing. I’ve used it every day for the last week in the shower. It’s incredibly easy to use and ultra effective in clearing my nasal passages and sinuses. I can honestly recommend buying it for anyone suffering from sinus problems.

Good product, works as it says.
Best not over use until you get the hang of using it correctly. Gave me a bit of a headache at first but all gone after a week.

really helps my breathing, have been suffering for a while with sinus problems and stuff getting caught up in my breathing track, tried the neti pot but really like / prefer the squeeze bottle, pushes the water right through, my only complaint is that it is not big enough, i have to fill it up a couple times during one use

This little pot has made a huge difference to me. Once you get to grips with getting the angle right so you don’t whoosh it down your throat it has been BRILLIANT. I wake up in the morning with a clear nose and a clear head. Migraines are WAY less often now….absolute game changer for me. Worth a go for anyone with sinus congestion issues.

Ah the neti pot. I think this is the best one on the market.
Easy to fill, easy to clean.
Very easy to use.
I highly recommend this.
At the first feeling of there being bugs in the air (or pollen perhaps), my family uses these and stay really healthy.
I wouldn’t be without our neti pots.
I sterilise them with either Milton sterilising tablets or Higher Nature’s Citricidal, diluted.

After using a power saw with wood and sweeping up, my nose had felt congested for the past two months. I was convinced the dust particles had lodged in my sinuses so looked at home remedy solutions. The first time I used the complete 8oz bottle and the difference was black and white.
My nasal passages felt clearer, my ears ‘clicked’ and my sense of smell improved. It feels a little like swimming in the sea when you get water up your nose but with no real discomfort.
Also hold your head down after use, you will be surprised at how much water continues to drain. Sleeping at night and breathing through my nose is a pleasure again and no thick mucus in the morning.
I will now follow a weekly regime with this treatment, I can’t recommend it enough 🙂

Possibly the most gruesome thing a sane person could do to themselves, but it works. I’ve had real bad hayfever this year and decongestants weren’t working, nor were hayfever remedies. This doesn’t cure it but it does clean out the passages for a good few hours and it’s a lot less ‘irritating’ to my nose than Sinex micromist etc.
Just don’t leave the plug in the basin 😛

Works OK if you persevere – can be messy so best to do the wash in the shower or bath.
