I’ve been an ongoing user of this product since 2021 and found that the product worked very well for simply protecting the pimple area and preventing me from touching & potentially making the pimple worse. They more or less hide pimples, but a slight hint of red can be seen etc.
But the latest product which was received seems different? The patches are thinner than previous versions, and also come on a tearable strip of 3 patches rather than one line of six. They’re still working well, but they seem like a downgrade as the main ‘section’ of the patch is much thinner and doesn’t draw up the gunk up as much as previously.

I got a pack of these when I had a really sore spot. It had a big head and I was trying to resist the temptation to pop it. I’ve been using them ever since.
They are not miracle workers, and I’m not convinced by the “they draw the pus it” thing, BUT:
1) I find they immediately ease discomfort a little, just like blister plasters do; I think because they make/keep the skin moister and softer, so there is less swelling and tension
2) they definitely soften the skin and whatever is in or coming out of the skin
3) they help you not to pick at the spot, which I think might even be their most helpful asset, both in terms of the spot being less irritated and just in terms of a protective layer between the spot and your restless fingers
Also they work pretty well if you have popped the spot or if it bursts on its own.
Generally they seem to promote healing and help avoid scars. I don’t think they’re miracle workers, and for me at least they’re definitely not an overnight fix. That said, if you have minor spot problems and you just need to not pick at them while they heal, or if they’re painful, then these might well be worth looking at.

I bought these out of desperation as my toddler had a small insect bite on her forehead that she kept scratching and made worse, I tried the savlon advanced healing gel on it and also the small round supposedly sensitive plasters they put on you after injections or blood tests. She was allergic to both, causing the area to look inflamed and for her to scratch more. So after two weeks it was nowhere near healed. I thought about trying hydrocolloid dressings but they were all too big and thick for this purpose.
Then I remembered seeing these and similar while browsing Amazon before and thought I would try them as a last resort. They have been fantastic, even though she sometimes takes them off, she has stopped scratching the bite now and after just four days of use it is almost fully healed. The patches are completely inert and don’t bother her skin at all. I would imagine they would be good for other very small scratches and grazes that toddlers tend to get. It would be good if you did slightly larger ones for paper cuts and minor burns that adults tend to get, as well.

I wish I’d come across these a lot sooner! I don’t really get spots but when I do it tends to be a fairly decent size one, rather than squeeze and make my face sore I just pop one of these on over night and in the morning its near enough healed,

I hate hate hate hormonal acne ahh! So i’ve been using lots of different brands of pimple patches and these ones are one of my fav, already bought another pack!! They are super easy to use, give it a couple of minutes they fully stick on and I can leave them on for hours on end. They are barely noticeable so I can even go out rocking these on. I have had a painful blind pimple on my chin and the first couple of days it was beyond sore, when I got these patches a little ago, inflammation has gotten down so much and even though there’s still a little swelling as it is blind, I can now eat and chat without constantly feeling the pain of this spot, it’s made such a difference these patches. They help get the gunk, help gradually with inflammation and preventing infection! Must buy guys for sure!!

I can’t believe they work but they do! Amazing pop on before going to bed and no redness the next day. After 2 days all signs of spot had gone…they are Amazing ….have recommended to all my friends! They are clear little patch’s but not totally non existent.

The patches are one-sized and too thick, which makes it a bit visible on skin. But it absorbs pus effectively.

I was extremely skeptical about this products claims but also very desperate when I decided to give these dots for spots for a try. I had the largest pimple on my face which was bordering on the size of a boil. 5 days in and it was not reducing in size. It was impossible to cover with makeup as it kept scabbing, bleeding and refilling and was so raised and red. I was embarrassed to leave the house. I put a dot on which was so easy to apply. It just about covered the spot due to its size. I left it overnight (10 hours). The next morning I removed the dot and my spot was less than half the size and was completely flat with no head or scabs. It could easily be covered with a bit of concealer at this point. It honestly felt like a miracle! I would 100% recommend these to anyone and everyone.
