This is the 3rd box Ive bought, these are very lightweight and breathable when commuting and especially good for me as I have asthma and find other types of masks difficult to breath in. Not sure how effective they are, though they do have the filter layers and so far I have not caught any nasty bugs. However even as a placebo it gives me peace of mind when travelling on buses and trains with lots of people and especially as the cold season is about to kick in!!
