These are low strength enzymes. They are ok if you are eating a snack but you’d have to take quite a few to help digest a main meal.

I’ve been taking these for 2 months and they don’t seem to help me whatsoever. It’s a shame because they’re such a great price for what you get. I’m gutted. They’re just not for me personally, but may be great for others.

After taking a sensitivity test because of having major tummy problems for 10 years. I learned that I’m sensitive to a vast amount of foods but more importantly the test also said my gut was lacking efficient digestive enzymes. So I decided to try out the digestive enzymes and take one before meals . I cannot believe how much they have helped me. I can eat anything now without problems . This isn’t the first brand I’ve tried but results are still the same very effective especially if you have IBS or similar
