It’s pricey for how many you get but it works. It eliminates smokers and cavity coating smell that can linger on your toothbrush even after brushing. The first three days use it daily. You can switch to every 2-3 days after that. It’s important that you water floss, brush and tongue scrape for best results.
The taste is gross. Initially it’s minty but as it dissolves it has this sickly sweet nauseating taste as it SLOWLY dissolves.

Flavour is ok not minty as I would like there easy to take ,but hard to tell how well they work I think time will tell I have to say there but pricey compared to other I have tried

This certainly did me no harm but I find i have more all over benefit from probiotics and prebiotics that I supplement orally.

I tried this bottle instead of the usual one I buy as it showed that it contained the same ingredients.
But I don’t find it works like the other brand.
Also it tastes cheap and dreadful.
I will be going back to the other brand.

I like the concept of these – probiotics have been researched scientifically and there is some evidence to support the claim that intestinal probiotics improve gut health, so it would follow that oral probiotics would do the same in the mouth.
These are quite small and are designed to be sucked like mints. The flavour is minty but just not very strong or lingering. I don’t mind the taste of these, but they are not strong enough to freshen your breath for very long.
I haven’t been using these for long enough to know if they really make a difference to my oral health. I tried them on a day when I’d done a lot of talking and projecting my voice at work through delivering training sessions which normally results in me getting a sore throat, but didn’t get one. Was it due to these or was it luck? I can’t say for certain, but I’ll definitely try these again next time to see if I can replicate the results.
My only gripe with these are that they are expensive – to begin with at least. Six tablets per day works out at 10 days’ supply. It does state that you can drop down to a maintenance dose of one or two tablets per day after the initial period, but doesn’t suggest how long that initial period should be.
I like the fact that they are manufactured in the UK – it gives me confidence that they contain the ingredients in the quantities stated.

Mint flavour probiotics to help combat bad breath and maintain good oral health. Ordered these for hubby as he’s a smoker and has been getting sore gums – I had read that probiotics K12 and M18 are good for his issues.
Recommended dose is initially 2 tablets, 3 x a day then once they have got into your system reduce the dose to 1 -2 tablets a day. Tablets are chewable and he has said they taste quite nice and slightly minty
They are GMO free and gluten free

Working nights at the hospital means that by the end of my twelve hour shift my breath needs some serious first aid. So when I noticed that these tablets were available to review I jumped at the chance and clicked on them quick.
Containing essential prebiotics to help fight the bad bacteria living their best life in my warm moist mouth, these tablets are so easy to take on the go.
Being chewable, I can easily pop the bottle in my work bag and during my break chew the recommended 2-3 tablets per shift.
The taste was abit shocking to start with, for some reason because its to do with the mouth I assumed the taste would be minty fresh like toothpaste. Boy was I wrong!
Chalky, with a very bitter taste. These tablets don’t have the best flavour around but as long as they work their miracle I would be willing to suffer.
I will update at the end of the bottle if I will be buying them on subscription or will be making do with the mint with the hole again!

 Supposed to increase the good bacteria in the mouth, by feeding the current bacteria this product in hope they will create more beneficial bacteria, that helps to protect teeth and gums and promote fresh breath. What I didn’t like was having to suck it and not chew, your supposed to suck on it until it vanishes, I guess to help break down the enzymes in the mouth, so bacteria can have a party on it, and they can probably consume it better if its smaller before you swallow it, as then there is gut bacteria that will chow down on it too. My mouth and gut microbiome better be thankful for all this.
Can’t tell you if it works, because I can’t count the bacteria with my eyes for you, but I will say good thing it tastes minty, kinda like chewing gum, on the sweet side, has stevia in it and comes in 30 tablets per bottle 60 total. Best taken at night before bed, I took 2 before food at least 30 minutes, I’ll take a further 1 before bed, If I keep taking 2 tablets here n there that 60 count won’t even last 1 month. 6 billion is decent, but not sure if its 6 billion beneficial bacteria for 1 tablet or 2. I am used to 30-60 billion though. Feels like it should be 6 months to 1 year supply, then I’ll know if it’s doing something, otherwise it’s just an expensive tic tac at 20 quid.
Making a note there is milk in it, so it’s not vegan friendly. If it was vegan with 3-6 months supply for that price I would rate higher.
