These definitely work! With me it takes about 5 hours for them to kick in before I’m fighting for my life in trap 1 (toilet) I think I’ll buy these regular from now on just to keep things moving.

Well first of all I won’t be adding a video or photos as recommended, not sure anyone wants to see the proof of them working!!
Take one if you just need to go, or take 2 if you’re very constipated…….however if you do take 2 I wouldn’t recommend you go on a walk or stray too far away from a toilet! Haha

There is another type I have used but I need to take 3 of them they are yellow.
These I only take 1 or 2.
