Buy this all the time for my daughter! This time obviously leaked! Short measure, will order from superdrug next time as theirs are sealed! 👎

The product itself is fine and what i expect. But, there is NO WRAPPING WHATSOEVER and bottle is not sealed in any way and therefore subject to tampering or leakage at the very least – which many reviewers have mentioned previously! Come on supplier… at least place some wrapping around it or place in a bag!

The product is good as always, but mine was delivered in a cracked bottle and was leaking on arrival. Luckily, I still had the old bottle so poured it into there, but it still doesn’t excuse the lack of quality and customer care.

my package arrived drenched in toner
… although when i opened it, more than half the bottle was left, lid closed.
(other items were fine, they were in packages unlike this product)
later on i received a replacement for it, and luckily nothing leaked out.
