If you have oily skin, as I do, put some on a damp cloth to wash your face. Don’t rinse off. It’s good at controlling the T zone and keeping spots and blackheads under control.

After years of contemplating I finally ordered myself some Cataphil and as of yet have no regrets. It’s a clear liquid that doesn’t sting your nose with chemical smells infact it’s reminding me of baby lotions. I have washed my face twice a day for 3 days lathering the product, making sure to leave it sit for a minute on my skin. Washing it off was a breeze. I hate face wash that refuses to budge your splashing and splashing yet the gluey, sticky residue will still remain but Cetaphil was so easy to wash off and as of yet has done nothing but hydrate, clean and clear my previously sore acne prone skin

I’ve used Cetaphil before but the manipulation in the ingredient list seems to be an added benefit. This cleanser does not strip the skin if moisture but rather adds moisture. A little goes a long way and still cleans the skin effectively
