Gentle foaming cleanser on skin oily consistency then it foams. BUT, I have skin dry skin, I don t feel is hydrating and smooth on my skin.
May be is more suitable for oily combination skin really

I suffer from an awful DRY t-zone in between my eyebrows. It flakes at times.
It’s been bad this autumn/winter.
A lot of cleansers dry my face out more. This is is perfect for awfully DRY skin.
It leaves my face feeling soft and “dewy” and it feels like I’ve moisturised already.
I haven’t been using it everyday (due to the size/price) but maybe twice a week (whilst alternating it with another cerave cleanser for blemishes. )
It doesn’t have a scent but that’s okay. Whilst it’s small for the price, one pump goes a long way.

Have Rosacea and find this is very soothing on my very dry skin and leaves face ready for my prescribed gel. The delivery experience was not good

Got this with a good discount but tbh I’d pay full price- it’s fab. Really cleanses the skin well but doesn’t strip or leave my face feeling tight. I usually avoid foaming cleansers but this is not drying or damaging at all. I use this in a single cleanse routine on no/light makeup days, or as my second cleanser after a balm or oil.

First off, I have incredibly oily skin. As in, an hour after showering my face will be greasy again. After years of spending $39/£35 on Tatcha’s The Deep Cleanse each month, I can finally say that my favorite cleanser is not a luxury one. I have tried literal dozens of cleansers, including other cerave ones, and the only thing that ever helped reduce my oiliness was Tatcha’s. When I saw that cerave came out with a new oil cleanser I decided to give it a try, and I’m completely shocked at how amazing it is. My face has never felt softer and more hydrated, and it actually keeps my oil down. And all for a fraction of what I used to be spending. CANNOT RECOMMEND ENOUGH!! The only downside is that if it gets in your mouth at all it tastes very bad, and I find I have to use more than I would with other cleansers. But absolutely worth it!!!

This is a must have for sensitive and dehydrated skin. Especially in the cold months my skin gets easily irritated and extra sensitive and dry. I always resort to this to get my face cleaned well but without feeling my skin stretching and uncomfortable after use. Also it lasts for a long time because you only need one or two pumps and the product itself is more than other cleansers.
