I ordered and completed my test in August. The process itself was relatively straightforward. However, i am still yet to receive any kind of results or even status updates on my app. I would normally assume i was simply unlucky and maybe it had been lost in the post. However, other reviews suggest this may be the SOP of the provider and i would suggest spending your money on something more reliable or at least speedy.

I have wanted to do a test like this for ages and overall I was really impressed. The order came next day and was really simple to do. The instructions were really clear and easy to follow. It has a free post envelope to send it off and then I received an email when they received it / their lab received it telling me how many days it would take so I knew they had received it and were working on it. The details of the actual results from my food reaction test was really detailed and really helpful for me to understand my diet and overall I was really impressed. It is very expensive, but not as expensive as some other brands I have seen, but I thought it was a really good service.

I’m a healthcare professional, I wanted to try this product myself. I found the results information very accurate and specific. I know which foods I need to avoid or reduce using to reduce my symptoms. It’s worth looking into if you have suspicion on food allergies but vague symptoms.

Used cerascreen a number of times – horrendously slow this time around. Still waiting on results. They get there in the end but have been getting worse recently. Results are usually accurate.

Ordered as difficult to ascertain source of the intolerance. Results interesting and detail than the hair sample test. Matches the reaction on BRAT (banana rice apple sauce toast) diet. Trying to exclude items recommended to avoid… update later on results.
