I got this to boost my iron levels along with vitamin D for bone health. Since taking this supplement I’ve improved my iron levels and my avg heart rate when running has steadily improved.

Probably could of got cheaper in my local boots but decided to buy from amazon as I was recommended to try these.
I wasn’t expecting them to big so big!
Easy enough to swallow if you don’t mind taking tablets but might not be as easy for people who struggle to swallow tablets down.

While I would love to say my diet is consistently balanced and providing me all of the necessary nutrients without the need for supplements, the reality is that sometimes we need a little help to get there.
I’m a very active person, awake by 6am and asleep the wrong side of midnight, and get a lot done in between. My wife and I both keep a very close eye on our diet, having used MyFitnessPal for nearly 10 years, so have a good understanding of where our shortfalls in vitamins and nutrients occur. To maintain the low weight I require for running, cycling and motorsports, while having the energy to go with limited sleep, it’s practically impossible to realistically get them all consistently. Because of that, I’ve been using Centrum Performance for about eight years now. I’m the wrong side of 40 now, and I may not be as nimble as I was 20 years ago, but I’m still pretty agile and generally remain in good health. Whether this is because of or despite the vitamins, I don’t think they’ve done me any harm so I will continue to recommend and use them.

I still don’t know if the improvement in my daily tasks is from Ginseng or from the multivitamin and minerals complex…
After trying a cheaper product that was a simple multivitamin and had no extra features, and sadly feeling no improvements, I bought this Centrum. Of course Centrum is more expensive, but considering the ones I had before this is the only one that meets the same specs as the ones I had a long time ago.
Afraid that the normal Centrum would not be as good as this one, I bought Performance instead. Regarding its specs I have to say that there are always some values that have higher or lower quantities comparing with others but from what I’ve read it’s very good, comparing it to some renowned multivitamin products from sport brands I can say that it’s at the same level.
Very good product, after 3 or 4 days of taking one tablet a day I felt an improvement in energy (I don’t drink much coffee now, before 5 or 6 per day was normal and still…).
One thing that still makes me take multivitamins is that in the morning I struggle to get out of bed because when I am extremely tired I just can’t get up… now, I get up and immediately feel that I’m awake. On the first week there was one day I woke up at 5 A.M. almost 2h before the alarm clock, and felt that I could start the day right then.
It depends on everybody’s needs but if you can pay a bit more and Centrum is not expensive considering the specs, I’d recommend it! If in the UK then you can buy directly from Amazon that I can’t because they don’t send this to Portugal and then I think it’s the best, you pay half of what I do!!
