What I needed after recovering from gallbladder surgery

One 500mg pill a day is nowhere near enough to have an effect so 60 pill wont last long
and make these very expensive. I’m on 4 with breakfast and 4 with my late meal and have
seen no difference.
I have a 250 ml bottle of castor oil on the way to see how I get on with that.
the adult dose is 15 to 60ml a day. should have googles this earlier
