Ok so I thought the people saying the lid was impossible to get off were being dramatic but they really weren’t. After 10 minutes of sweating I caved and cracked out some nail scissors and started hacking at it. The ‘lid’ is not a lid. It is one solid bit of plastic. There is no lid.
A word of advice, just get something sharp and stab a hole in the top it’ll save you a lot of anguish. It’s probably advisable to setrilise the aforementioned sharp object (do as I say not as I do) but tbh I’ve had sex with a men which is arguably worse than not sterilising the damn scissors so…
I’ll try to remember to update this when my infection is (hopefully) gone but I’ll probably forget. The external cream provides some instant relief though. It’s glorious.

They have a strange idea as to of the length of a centimetre. The Plunger (A) cannot be inserted (more than a couple of millimetres) into the Applicator (B) until the Cap (C) has been loosened (which is very difficult to do). At this point you will almost certainly waste some of the cream. The Lot Expiry Date was 12/2024 so price is good from this supplier.
